Mark Hutchins is a Director in Cisco IT, responsible for leading Cisco’s IT Service Management Platform and Service Operations teams. He's previously worked at Splunk, MetLife, and IBM and is a veteran of the US Navy. Mark has spent most of his IT career working on IT Service Management and IT Support services, focusing on automating workflows and resolving issues that impact user productivity. Outside of work, Mark loves spending time at the lake with friends and family.
